これは瞑想中の私の“なんちゃって祭壇”です。
This is my "kinda altar" for meditation.
A friend recently told me, “You seem so connected to the universe, but I love how normal you look.” That made me really happy.
I don’t think I look like a typical “spiritual person” or psychic, even though I talk about the unseen world. I simply like simple things and prefer to own fewer belongings. My partner once said, “Miwa is fine with just the ocean, sage, and UE,” and I thought, “Yeah, that’s true.”
I only have one crystal. I use it more as a communication device than for cleansing — it feels like it boosts my antenna. But I’m okay even without it.
Talking about this makes me feel like I’m probably Lemurian. The Lemurians didn’t rely on tools or complicated rituals — they naturally connected with healing, telepathy, and energy work. Everything we need is already given to us by nature on Earth.
I want to remember more of that.
I want to awaken the ancient wisdom sleeping inside my body.
And I want to do it together with people who feel the same.
先日、知人に「Miwaさんはめちゃくちゃ宇宙と繋がってそうなのに、見た目が普通っぽいのが好き」と言われました。嬉しかったです。
そう、私は見えない世界のことを発信している割に、いわゆる「THE スピ」や「THE 霊能者」っぽくないと思います。
それはファッションの好みもありますし、持ち物を少なくしたいというのもあります（そこ？笑）。シンプルなのが好きなんですよね。
以前、パートナーに「Miwaは海とセージとUEで十分」「僕たちは自然の中にいる方が癒される」「海見てればいいじゃん」と言われて、本当にそうだなぁと。
今、持っているクリスタルは一個だけ。浄化というより、通信機として使っています。そばにあるとアンテナの感度が増す気がするけど、なくても全然大丈夫です。
こういう話をしていると、私はやっぱりレムリア人っぽいなぁと思います。レムリアの人たちは、道具や魔法に頼らず、自然とヒーリングやテレパシー、波動エネルギーワークができていたそうです。自然の力は本当にすごくて、私たちが宇宙的な力を使うためのものは、全部地球の自然界から与えられているんですよね。
そういうのをもっと思い出していきたい。自分の体の中に眠る叡智を、どんどん取り出して再生していきたい。
同じ心を持つ人と一緒にやっていきたい。そう思っています。
