When I practice singing, sometimes I think, “I can’t sing…”
But then I quickly reframe it to:
“Maybe I can.”
“Maybe I can.”
“Maybe I can.”
And as I keep saying “Maybe I can, maybe I can, maybe I can…”
→ A path starts to open. Inspiration comes!
“Maybe I should practice more vocal training.”
“Maybe I’ll try singing with the original track first.”
“Maybe I’ll ask my teacher for guidance.”
My genes hear every one of those words,
and they begin to reshape my body toward the future me who CAN sing.
Even before I could sing,
my DNA was already preparing the vessel that matched the future version of me.
That’s why, on stage—I could sing. And I really did.
This is true for everyone. No exceptions.
Your DNA listens to your words and emotions,
and reflects back into your life the reality that matches that energy.

私は歌の練習中に「歌えない…」と思うんだけど
すぐ「歌えるかも」「歌えるかも」「歌えるかも」と、言い直してきた。
ずっと「歌えるかも」「歌えるかも」「歌えるかも」
「歌えるかも」「歌えるかも」「歌えるかも」って言っていくと →
道が開ける。ひらめく。
ボイトレもっとやってみよう、とか、
まず原曲と一緒に歌ってみよう、とか
先生にお願いしよう、とか。
その“言葉”を遺伝子が全部聞いて、
未来の「歌える私」へと身体を作り変えていくんです。
まだ歌えていなくても、遺伝子は未来の私に
相応しい器を整えていく！
だから本番で歌える。ちゃんと歌えた。
これは、みんな同じ。例外なし。
あなたの遺伝子は、あなたの言葉と感情を聞き、
そのエネルギーと同じ現実を返してくれる。
